This policy outlines the intellectual property rights related to the BUYONE platform, its content, and user-generated materials.

1. BUYONE Intellectual Property

The BUYONE name, logo, design, software code, algorithms, user interface, and all related visual and textual elements are the exclusive property of BUYONE and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

2. User Content

Users and Hosts retain ownership of content they create and upload to the platform (descriptions, photos, reviews). By uploading content, you grant BUYONE a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute this content on the platform and in marketing materials.

3. Prohibited Use

You may not: copy, modify, or distribute BUYONE's proprietary content, use our trademarks without prior written permission, reverse engineer or decompile our software, scrape or extract data from the platform using automated means, or create derivative works based on our platform.

4. Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content on BUYONE infringes your copyright, please send a detailed notice to legal@buyone.me including: description of the copyrighted work, location of the infringing content, your contact information, and a statement of good faith.

5. Trademarks

BUYONE, the BUYONE logo, and related brand elements are registered trademarks. All other trademarks appearing on the platform are the property of their respective owners. Use of any trademark without authorization is strictly prohibited.

6. Open Source

Certain components of the BUYONE platform may use open-source software. The applicable licenses for these components are available upon request. Use of open-source components does not grant any rights to BUYONE's proprietary technology.
